Spark R&D has been working continuously for some time to offer a complete and super competitive range: semi-kit or complete kit. Available in different materials and different types of silencers, to meet multiple aesthetic needs and more or less restrictive phonometric limits . In fact, noise limits have been introduced on Italian and European circuits, both on free practice days and in the race. The maximum decibel allowed varies according to the championship and the engine capacity of the bikes. Spark has developed different products that allow you to obtain maximum performance, respecting these pre-established phonometric limits, without db killers.

Different solutions for silencers to respond to different aesthetic and sound tastes: Force silencer or the brand new Force Evo to respect the 102 db limit , as in the French championship and the world endurance championship; Konix Evo silencer , to get back to 107 db ; and the MotoGp and Grid-O silencers without any limit .

The semi-kit consists of a 3/4 system: the 2in1 junction with fitting and silencer eliminates the catalyst and has been sized to obtain maximum performance while maintaining the original manifolds. The fittings are available both in AISI 304 stainless steel and in titanium and in 2 different dimensional configurations: d. 54 (the first proposal, optimized for MY 2015-2019 and which allows you to further keep the decibels under control) or d.60 (the version optimized for MY 2020-2023, with 60mm silencer inlet diameter)
