Avio Fibre Bodywork 

Derived from the term “Aviation Fibre”, Avio-Fibre race bodywork is a unique product manufactured from the same tissue as composite aircraft, with the material sourced from the same certified manufacturers.

Advantages over standard Race fairings made from Glass Fibre:        

• Unrivalled flexibility
• No imperfections in tissue
• Aviation Quality finish
• Stronger than Fibreglass

As well as utilising superior tissue for manufacture, the resin is also importantly, very different.

Standard Fibreglass body kits are made with Polyester Resin.  Avio Fibre is manufactured professionally with Epoxy Resin.  This makes Avio Fibre Race Bodywork the most durable and flexible on the market.

Avio-Fibre bodywork finished in white gel coat, and is reinforced with Carbon on all edges and fixing points to ensure additional strength

All our Avio Fibre Fairings come with Dzus Fasteners pre-fitted, and a choice of seat plates with pre-fitted seat foam is available.

Avio Fibre is used by the top teams in World Superbike, British Superbike, IDM (German Superbike) and Road Racing.
