Bitubo’s racing mono shock is made using an aluminium body to reduce weight and therefore give a better handling response. Innovative shock internals and new technical solutions improve the damping coefficient to increase the stability at high temperatures. The Ø14mm rod improves the sliding action, while the Ø30mm piston reduces the moving fluid masses. These improvements have resulted in a reduction of inertial forces and therefore an immediate control of the suspension oscillations.


Particular attention has been paid to increase sensitivity and precision of adjustments, all of which are positioned in the upper portion of the shock. 


The overall objective is to immediately control input forces, even at extreme lean angles, giving the rider precise control, increased maximum grip and even tyre wear. Maximum confidence is provided by perfect stability of the rear during fast direction changes, hard acceleration and braking.

This Shock Absorber has Mechanical Preload Adjustment.
